OAKTOWN, CALI - Anybody been reading this rag for a while remembers that Back In the Day we did a "Bottom Ten List" --- meaning all the folks that the G-Crew thought was blights on humanity. SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC won the record for bein' on that list afore our Esteemed Editor stopped doing that yearly feature. Now the whole world knows why.

What we failed to understand around here --- at your long-sufferin' World's Magazine --- was why most of ya'll never listened to what our assembled minds had to say about this jerk, Milosevic.

So now we is all set to go into the Third World War about something that any moron should have figured out half a decade ago.

I got to give our Esteemed Editor, Rodney, this: He knows a criminal when he sees one.

So lookahere, ya'll, as we are getting ready for the Next War, how comes so many of ya'll was silent when Milosevic got all upset when the U.S. of A. sent Black troops over to Croatia? Don't remember that? Mr. "Ethnic Cleansing" didn't want no Bloods among the Peace-Keeping force.

Was there a major outcry from the American people? Don't all speak at once, you might deafen this Brother.

Ya'll treated us like you always do, even though we was going in harm's way to protect what was then called "American interests." Ya'll is real good at doing that, ain't you?

NOW you want all the Brothers in the military to go over in harm's way, AGAIN, fight for the honor of NATO and "American Interests" 'cause of this whole "we can degrade them with bombing" scheme screwed up.

This crap been going on since the WWI: "Oh-oh, we got a problem. Send in the Brothers!"

AND WHEN WE COMES BACK HERE YA'LL STILL TREATS US LIKE SHIT.

We supposed to forget that, right?

I DON'T THINK SO!

What amazes me mostabout all this is what Rod has to say in his main editorial which is Right On Truth: More people must suffer and die because the white boys at the Pentagon, at NATO HQ, in the EU Parliament, got it WRONG AGAIN.

THIS IS ONLY ABOUT FACE. Unless lots of folks die to correct they miscalculation, they lose face.

And that means, "Let's go to war!"
